Shipping Delivery Time

• Orders are shipped within 1–3 working days.
• Delivery takes 5–7 working days, depending on your location.
• You will receive a tracking link via SMS or email once your order is dispatched.
  

Order Tracking

• “My Orders” under My Account to check your order status.
• You’ll also receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Important Delivery Info

• Please enter a complete and correct address with a reachable phone number.
• If you receive a damaged or opened parcel, do not accept it. Contact us immediately.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and pay in cash.

Cancellation & Address Changes

• You can cancel or modify your order before it is packed by contacting us.
• Once packed or shipped, cancellations and changes won’t be possible.
